Digital whistleblowing system of Mestemacher GmbH

Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations is a top priority at Mestemacher GmbH (Company).

As part of our compliance strategy, we have set up a digital whistleblowing system together with the company Compliance Beratung + Service GmbH.

All employees, business partners, suppliers, customers or other third parties can use the whistleblower system to report violations of laws and the guidelines and values of Mestemacher's corporate policy that affect the legally compliant actions of our company. This includes, for example, violations of the compliance guidelines or antitrust law, corruption, violation of human rights, theft, discrimination or mobbing. 

Information on violations can be reported confidentially to the whistleblower system - at any time and in German and English.
